Strawberry Ghosts

Strawberries

White Chocolate Chips

Candy Eyes
Instructions
Wash the strawberries, then pat them dry
Melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler
Line a pan with parchment paper or foil
Carefully dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate and place on a lined pan
While the white chocolate is still warm on the strawberries, gently place the eyes onto he strawberries
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, the longer the better so the chocolate gets hard

If you don't have a double boiler fill a large pot 3/4 full of water and place a smaller pot in the water
