Strawberry Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Strawberries
  • 11 ounces White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ounce Candy Eyes

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries, then pat them dry
  • Melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler
  • Line a pan with parchment paper or foil
  • Carefully dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate and place on a lined pan
  • While the white chocolate is still warm on the strawberries, gently place the eyes onto he strawberries
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, the longer the better so the chocolate gets hard

Notes

If you don't have a double boiler fill a large pot 3/4 full of water and place a smaller pot in the water
