Slow Cooker Taco Meat

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 20.5 ounces Spicy Jalapeno Refried Beans
  • 10 ounces Rotel Tomatoes 10 ounce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 packets Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop onion
  • Spray slow cooker interior with cooking spray
  • Put beef, refried beans, Rotel tomatoes, water, and onion into slow cooker
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over mixture
  • Cover slow cooker
  • Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring when you can
  • Be sure to break up larger chunks before serving
