Slice the chicken into thin strips
Place the chicken into the mixing bowl
Pour 1/4 cup oil over the chicken
Stir to cover the chicken in the oil
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning evenly over the chicken
Stir to combine the seasoning and the chicken
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the skillet
