  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 24 ounces Apple Juice
  • 16 ounces BBQ Sauce
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300F
  • Cut off a sheet of foil that is a little more than twice as long as the rack of ribs
  • Spray the foil with cooking spray
  • Place the foil onto the baking sheet with an equal amount beyond each end of the sheet
  • Place the ribs in the middle of the foil (over the baking sheet)
  • Spinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and cumin evenly over ribs
  • Fold the foil upwards to create a "bowl" to hold the apple juice
  • Pour as much apple juice into the foil as it will hold without spilling
  • Fold the sides and ends of the foil to cover the ribs
  • Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven
  • Bake the ribs for at least four hours
  • Open the foil to expose the ribs
  • Pour the BBQ Sauce evenly over the ribs
  • Increase the temperature of the oven to 425F
  • Bake for another 30 minutes
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven
  • Allow the ribs to cool for 5 minutes
  • Cut the ribs apart between the bones
  • Place each rib onto the serving tray as you cut it free from the rack
  • Serve
