Southwest Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Whole Kernel Corn
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 8 ounces Southwest Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Cut the bacon into small pieces
  • Dice the avocado
  • Dice the tomato
  • Put the bacon in the large skillet
  • Cook the bacon over medium heat for 10 minutes
  • Drain the bacon on a plate covered with paper towels
  • Add the corn, bacon, avocado, and tomato to the large mixing bowl
  • Combine all the ingredients
  • Pour the dressing over the ingredients
  • Stir until the dressing covers the other ingredients
  • Put the salad in the refrigerator and at least one hour
  • Serve
