Loaded Mozzarella Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Refrigerator Biscuits
  • 4 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes, one cube for each biscuit
  • Open the cans of biscuits and separate them
  • Place one biscuit on the baking sheet
  • Place a piece of cheese on the biscuit
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder
  • Wrap the biscuit around the cheese
  • Roll the biscuit over so that that seam is on the bottom
  • Repeat for remaining biscuits and cheese
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12 minutes
  • While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven
  • Brush the butter over the biscuits
  • Sprinkle any remaining Italian Seasoning and garlic powder over the biscuits
  • Serve
