Ingredients

Butter

Fettuccine Noodles

medium
Egg Yolk
4
tablespoons
Heavy Cream
4
ounces
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Allow butter to soften
Boil noodles in salted water for 7 minutes
Beat butter until fluffy
Beat in egg yolk and cream
When well blended, beat in cheese
Add salt and pepper to taste
Drain noodles
Toss noodles with Sauce
Serve
