Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Butter
  • 1 pound Fettuccine Noodles
  • 1 medium Egg Yolk
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Allow butter to soften
  • Boil noodles in salted water for 7 minutes
  • Beat butter until fluffy
  • Beat in egg yolk and cream
  • When well blended, beat in cheese
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Drain noodles
  • Toss noodles with Sauce
  • Serve
