Easy Refried Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 30 ounces Black Beans canned

Instructions

  • Heal the olive oil in the large skillet over medium heat
  • Add the garlic, cumin, onion powder, and chipotle chili powder to the skillet
  • Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes
  • Add the beans to the skillet
  • Stir until all the beans are coated with the garlic mixture
  • Cook for 5 minutes undisturbed
  • Stir the beans once
  • Mash the mixture with a potato masher, stirring as necessary until all beans are fully mashed
  • Serve
