Instructions
Cut biscuits into quarters
Spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray
Add the canned chicken, chicken bullion, cream soup, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, peas, and carrots to the slow cooker bowl
Stir ingredients together until well mixed
Put the biscuits on top of the mixture
Cook on high for 4 hours
Stir
