Chop the head of lettuce
Hard boil the eggs
Place the eggs in a small pot
Cover with cold water
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat
Remove from heat
Cover
Let stand for 10 minutes
Drain
Cool in ice water
Peel the eggs
Slice the eggs
Thaw the peas
Separate the bacon into individual slices
Put the bacon between paper towels on a microwave-safe plate
Cook the bacon in the microwave for at least 6 minutes
Check to determine doneness, if it’s not done cook for another minute
Repeat until the bacon is fully cooked
Allow the bacon to cool
Crumble the bacon
Coarsely chop the green onions
