Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces Refried Beans
  • 10 ounces Chicken Broth
  • 15 ounces Black Beans
  • 10 ounces Chicken Breast
  • 16 ounces Chunky Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 12 ounces Whole Kernel Corn
  • 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  • Drain the black beans
  • Drain the chicken breast
  • Drain the corn
  • In a medium pot combine the refried beans, chicken broth, black beans, chicken breast, salsa, water, and corn
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips
  • Serve
