Easy Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño Peppers
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 16 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 15 ounces Whole Kernel Corn
  • 15 ounces Fiesta Corn
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Soften the cream cheese
  • Carefully chop the jalapeños into small pieces
  • Coarsely chop the green onions
  • Combine the shredded cheese, flour, and pepper in a large mixing bowl
  • Combine the milk, cream cheese, green onions, and jalapeños in the 9x13 Baking Dish
  • Add the corn to the baking dish
  • Add the cheese mixture to the baking dish
  • Stir until all ingredients are combined
  • Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes
  • Uncover
  • Bake an additional 5 minutes
  • Serve
