Preheat the oven to 425F

Combine the seasoned salt, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper in the small mixing bowl

Stir until the spices are completely mixed

Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray

Arrange the potato crowns on the sheet with them touching as little as possible

Spray the cooking spray on the tops of the crowns

Sprinkle half the seasoning on top of the crowns

Bake the crowns in the preheated oven for 10 minutes

Flip the crowns over on the pan

Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on the crowns

Bake for another 10 minutes

Serve
