Buttered Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Wide Egg Noodles
  • Water
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Fill the large pot 3/4 of the way full with water
  • Bring the water to a boil on the stovetop over medium-high heat
  • Cut the butter into 4 pieces
  • When the water is boiling, add the egg noodles
  • Boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Drain the noodles
  • Return the empty pot to the stovetop
  • Turn the heat to low
  • Add the butter to the pot, one piece at a time
  • Stir the butter so that it melts
  • Add the noodles to the butter in the pot
  • Stir to coat the noodles in the butter
  • Sprinkle the parsley over the noodles
  • Stir to combine
  • Serve
