Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 21 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop the onion
  • Cut the cream cheese into small pieces
  • Spray the slow cooker bowl with cooking spray
  • Combine the uncooked meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and water in the slow cooker bowl
  • Cook on low for 8 hours
  • 20 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese to the slow cooker contents
  • Stir occasionally until the mixture is combined
  • 10 minutes before serving, add the noodles to the mixture
  • Stir until noodles are combined with the mixture
  • Continue cooking for at least 10 minutes
  • Serve
