Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 ounces Greek Yogurt
  • 4 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine bisquick, milk, cheese, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese
  • Liberally spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Drop batter onto the baking sheet to make 15 biscuits
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove the biscuits from the oven
  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds
  • If not entirely melted, run the microwave for another 10 seconds
  • Repeat until the butter is entirely melted
  • Brush the biscuits with the melted butter
  • Return the biscuits to the oven for 3 minutes
  • Serve
