Stickless Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 4 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 16 ounces BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to low broil
  • Cut the chicken into pieces about the size of a chicken nugget (around 2 inches in diameter)
  • Put the chicken into a 1 gallon zippered storage bag
  • Add the barbecue, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper to the storage bag
  • Close the bag
  • Carefully knead the contents of the bad so that the chicken is completely coated with the sauce
  • Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better)
  • Spray the broiler pan with cooking spray
  • Arrange the chicken pieces on the broiler pan so that they aren’t touching
  • Put the broiler pan in the oven and broil the chicken for 10 minutes
  • Turn the pieces over
  • Broil for another 10 minutes
  • Serve
