Preheat the oven to 375F
Cut each zucchini in half lengthwise
Using a melon baller (or spoon) hollow out the zucchini leaving about 1/4”-inch of flesh and skin
Save the scooped out flesh in a medium mixing bowl
Chop the scooped out flesh into small pieces
Add the spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese
Stir until all ingredients are well mixed
Put mixture into hollowed out zucchini
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray
Put stuffed zucchini onto the baking sheet
Bake for 40 minutes
Serve
