Antipasto Platter

Ingredients

  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 4 ounces Italian Dressing
  • 4 ounces Havarti Cheese slices
  • 4 ounces Salami
  • 4 ounces Mixed Nuts
  • 15 ounces Roasted Red Peppers
  • 6 ounces Hummus
  • Pita Crackers

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes
  • Put the tomatoes into a zippered storage bag
  • Add the Italian dressing
  • Close the bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Thinly slice the salami, the thinner the better
  • Arrange the tomatoes, salami, cheese, mixed nuts, roasted red peppers, and crackers on a tray
  • Put the hummus in a small bowl
  • Serve
