Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 10 ounces Frozen Chopped Broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 12 ounces Velveeta Cheese

Instructions

  • Cube the cream cheese
  • Chop the onion
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  • Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often
  • Add milk and cream cheese
  • Stir constantly until mixture is creamy
  • Add broccoli, velveeta, and pepper
  • Heat thoroughly, stirring occassionally
  • Serve
