Heat the vegetable oil in the medium skillet over medium heat
Add the rice
Stir until the rice is coated in the oil
Add the chicken broth, tomato sauce, chilies, and taco seasoning
Stir to combine
Turn the heat up to medium-high
Bring the mixture to a boil
Reduce the heat to low
Put a lid on the skillet
Cook for 15 minutes
Remove from heat
Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes
Fluff with a fork
Serve
