Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add the chicken breasts and tomato sauce to the preheated skillet
Bring to a boil
Add the salsa, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and water to the chicken
Reduce the heat to low
Simmer for 15 minutes
Using a fork, shred the chicken
After the chicken has been shredded, stir until it’s completely coated with the sauce
Cover the skillet
Cook for 10 minutes
Warm the tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave
Spoon some of the mixture into a tortilla
Add salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream on top of the mixture
Roll the tortilla into a tight bundle
Repeat for remaining tortillas and ingredients
Serve
