Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 4 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Cumin
  • 3 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 large Flour Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Add the chicken breasts and tomato sauce to the preheated skillet
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add the salsa, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and water to the chicken
  • Reduce the heat to low
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Using a fork, shred the chicken
  • After the chicken has been shredded, stir until it’s completely coated with the sauce
  • Cover the skillet
  • Cook for 10 minutes
  • Warm the tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave
  • Spoon some of the mixture into a tortilla
  • Add salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream on top of the mixture
  • Roll the tortilla into a tight bundle
  • Repeat for remaining tortillas and ingredients
  • Serve
