Sauteed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 head Cauliflower
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1/2 bag Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Break or cut the cauliflower into individual florets
  • Break of cut the broccoli into individual florets
  • Heat the oil over medium-high heat in the large skillet
  • Add the cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots to the hot oil
  • Season with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • Stir the mixture frequently while cooking for 10 minutes
  • Serve
