Pan-Fried Smoked Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 16 ounces Smoked Sausage

Instructions

  • Coursely chop the onion
  • Preheat the oil in the large skillet over medium heat
  • Add the onion to the oil and cook for 5 minutes
  • Cut the sausage into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • Add the sausage to the onions in the skillet
  • Cook 9 minutes, turning frequently
  • Serve
