Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 hearts Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/4 pound Hard Salami
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 ounces Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/4 pound Cooked Ham
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Dried Basil
  • 6 ounces Pitted Sliced Black Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop the lettuce
  • Cut the salami into bite-sized pieces
  • Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces
  • Drain the red peppers
  • Drain the artichokes
  • Cut the artichokes in half
  • Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces
  • Combine the lettuce, salami, mozarella, red peppers, artichokes, and ham in a large bowl
  • Drizzle the vinegar and olive oil over the mixture
  • Gently toss the salad
  • Serve
