Preheat oven to 425F degrees
Trim the root ends from the asparagus
Put the asparagus into a mixing bowl
Drizzle with the olive oil
Toss the asparagus to coat it with the oil
Sprinkle the paramesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper over the asparagus
Toss the asparagus again
Place the asparagus on the backing sheet in a single layer with no overlapping
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven
Sprinkle with the lemon juice
Serve
