Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes
  • Cut the potatoes in quarters
  • Bring the water to a boil in the large pot
  • Add the potatoes to the boiling water
  • Cook for 25 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • Drain the potatoes
  • Add the milk, pepper, and cheese to the potatoes
  • Beat with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher until smooth
