Vegetarian Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Swiss Cheese
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 4 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 2 ounces Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Grate Swiss cheese
  • Combine garlic and canola oil in a microwave safe bowl
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Let stand for 5 minutes
  • Add ricotta and dry milk to garlic mixture
  • Stir until smooth
  • Place tortillas on baking sheet
  • Spread ricotta mixture evenly over tortillas
  • Sprinkle cheeses over tortillas
  • Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven
  • Serve
