Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Grate Swiss cheese
Combine garlic and canola oil in a microwave safe bowl
Microwave for 1 minute
Let stand for 5 minutes
Add ricotta and dry milk to garlic mixture
Stir until smooth
Place tortillas on baking sheet
Spread ricotta mixture evenly over tortillas
Sprinkle cheeses over tortillas
Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven
