Cheddar Tuna Grillers

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Tuna (canned)
  • 1 rib Celery
  • Butter
  • 8 slices Rye Bread
  • 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Drain tuna
  • Chop celery
  • Soften butter
  • Butter bread
  • Combine tuna, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, pepper, and garlic powder in mixing bowl
  • Stir until all ingredients are mixed
  • Spread mixture evenly on four pieces of bread
  • Top each sandwich with another piece of bread
  • Preheat skillet on medium
  • Brown sandwiches on both sides in preheated skillet
  • Serve
