Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 2 pounds Fish Filets any mild fish
  • 1 packet (1.25 ounces each) Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 8 Tortillas

Instructions

  • Slice green onions
  • Chop tomato
  • In mixing bowl, coat fish with taco seasoning and lime juice
  • Preheat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
  • Saute the fish in olive oil in preheated skillet for 5-7 minutes
  • Rinse mixing bowl
  • In mixing bowl, combine cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, and green onions
  • Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds
  • Fill each tortilla with fish, coleslaw, and tomatoes
  • Fold in half
  • Serve
