Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 14.5 ounces Diced Tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 14.5 ounces Peas canned or frozen
  • 3 cups Macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Chop onion
  • Preheat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Saute ground beef and onion in preheated skillet until meat is no longer pink
  • Add tomatoes
  • Simmer for 30 minutes
  • Add the peas, macaroni, and sugar
  • Simmer for 30 more minutes
  • Stir in cheese and serve
  • Serve
