Sausage Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 ribs Celery
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Onion Powder
  • 1 package (14 ounces) Smoked Sausage
  • 1 package (7.2 ounces each) Flavored Rice 7.2 oz
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces each) Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Chop celery
  • Chop carrots
  • Chop onion
  • Cut sausage into 1/4" pieces
  • Prepare rice mixes according to package directions
  • Preheat oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add sausage, celery, carrots, and onion to preheated skillet
  • Cook sausage mixture in skillet for 5 minutes
  • Combine sausage mixture, rice, soup, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in mixing bowl
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Pour mixture into casserole dish
  • Cover casserole dish with foil
  • Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven
  • Serve
