Smoked Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Smoked Sausage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red Pepper
  • 1 medium Green Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Cut smoked sausage into 1/4-inch slices
  • Chop onion
  • Chop red pepper
  • Chop green pepper
  • Preheat olive oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Saute sausage in preheated skillet for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
  • Add olive oil, onion, peppers, oregano, and garlic powder
  • Saute another 3-5 minutes
  • Serve
