Quick Frittata

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 10 ounces Japanese Style Vegetables
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Heat water and oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Beat eggs in mixing bowl with a whisk or fork
  • Add vegetables to preheated skillet
  • Saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Add egg mixture to skillet
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs
  • Stir everything together
  • Cover skillet
  • Cook 15 minutes until eggs are set
  • Serve
