Cheesy O'Brien Egg Scramble

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 30 ounces Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Cooking Spray
  • 10-3/4 ounces Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 12 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 16 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Prepare hash browns in skillet according to package directions
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Transfer cooked hash browns to casserole dish
  • Spread soup over hash browns
  • Scramble eggs and butter in skillet
  • Spread eggs over soup in casserole dish
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over eggs
  • Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven or until cheese is melted
  • Serve
