Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 medium Apples

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Dip pork chops in flour, coating completely
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Brown pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Place pork chops in casserole dish
  • Add water to the skillet
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in preheated oven
  • Slice apples, removing core
  • Place apple pieces on top of pork chops
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Serve
