South of the Border Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 Pork Chops
  • 1 ounces Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3/4 cup Salsa

Instructions

  • Rub pork chops with taco seasoning on all sides
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
  • Brown pork chops in preheated skillet, turning once
  • Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Cover skillet
  • Simmer for 45 minutes
  • Cover pork chops in salsa
  • Heat 5 more minutes
  • Serve
