Beef-Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 10-3/4 ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 10-3/4 ounces Vegetable-Beef Soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Preheat skillet on medium heat
  • Brown beef in preheated skillet until there is no pink
  • Wash and cube potatoes
  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Spread combined ingredients evenly in the casserole dish
  • Cover tightly with foil
  • Bake for 1 hour 30 minuts in preheated oven until potatoes are tender
  • Serve
