Baked Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can (10 ounce each) Enchilada Sauce
  • Corn Tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Place chicken in casserole dish
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
  • Pour enchilada sauce over seasoned chicken
  • Bake 1 hour in preheated oven
  • Serve with tortillas
