Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Apricot Preserves
  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven broiler to low
  • In small mixing bowl, combine teriyaki glaze, ginger, garlic powder, and apricot preserves
  • Mix well, then set aside
  • Place chicken breasts on broiler pan
  • Broil the chicken for 10 minutes under preheated broiler
  • Turn chicken over
  • Broil for 5 minutes
  • Brush chicken with teriyaki mixture
  • Broil for 5 minutes under preheated broiler
  • Serve
